Why a Do It Yourself (DIY) Dog Biscuit Mix? With all of the dog food and treat recalls, a lot of folks have started making their own dog treats and food at home. We get a lot of questions about what type of ingredients to use, how to make dog biscuits etc. With our background in food science we thought - "hey, why not develop and easy mix to take the guess work out." So, we are workng on that right now! It should finished in the next few weeks!

We took it a step farther too! Let us explain. There are a couple of DIY Dog Treat mixes out there. When we reviewed the ingredient statements, they were basically ingredients that you probably have in your own home. And they charge a fat price for these mixes. We thought - if we are going to make an easy DIY Dog Biscuit Mix, we want it to be different, and have ingredients that you may not have access to. Our DIY Dog Biscuit Mix is wheat free!!! That's right, we don't use wheat flour, or corn flour for that matter... so you have a gluten free DIY Dog Biscuit Mix. AND, to make it even better, we have added a packet of our Yogurt or Carob Dog Treat Icing Mix so you can decorate your homemade dog biscuits too!

Included in our DIY Wheat Free Dog Treat Mix will be:

* 14 oz Dry Mix containing: Buckwheat flour, sweet potato flour, brown rice flour, whole rolled oats, dried honey powder, dried egg whites, cinnamon, and baking soda.

* 6 oz of your choice of either our Yogurt Dog Treat Icing Mix or Carob Dog Treat Icing Mix

* Recipe insert with recipes for plain, cinnamon apple, pumpkin, or peanut butter dog treats. One mix, 4 possible flavors!

* 2" dog bone cookie cutter

* Packed in a neat burlap fabric dog treat bag that you can put your treats in after you bake them to give as a gift!
